The Ghana Investment Group (GIG) establishes the Black Women in Business Awards (BWB) in Great Britain to Acknowledge and Celebrate the contributions of Black Women in Business. The Black Women in Business Awards aspire to increase the visibility of successful entrepreneurial black women in businesses within Great Britain.

BWB Awards aims to encourage young black women in their journeys to push boundaries, whilst celebrating the commitments of Black Women Entrepreneurs in Great Britain. ‘’The recognition and support of Black Women in Business is one that plays a vital part in encouraging future generations in pursing their ambitions whilst celebrating Black Female role models in Businesses’’ says Founder of Black Women in Business Awards Getrude Acheampong.

We hope that through this Award Programme Black Women will be recognised for their contribution to the economy and society and will further encourage and inspire others in their footsteps.
