Submission Guidelines
RULES OF ENTRY
Incomplete forms may be considered ineligible for assessment.
Submissions for nominations is complimentary Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the awards programme.
All submissions of entry for the Black Women in Business Awards agree to being bound by these rules.
Entries must be submitted using only the official entry forms for each of the categories. Nominations can ne made for more than one category, only one entry per category will be accepted.
No separate forms in addition to this submission will be accepted All individuals and organisations progressing to the finalist stage agree to the organisers arranging suitable publicity and naming them as finalists.
One representative from each finalist organisation (irrespective of how many times that organisation is named as a finalist) will be invited to attend the Awards ceremony, where you are required to purchase a ticket please do so.
All information submitted as part of entries for Black Women in Business Awards will be treated in the strictest confidence, and used solely for the purpose of judging.
Once named as a Finalist, no organisation, team or individual can withdraw from the competition.
Black Women in Business Awards, nor any of its agencies can be held liable for any costs incurred by applicants during the entry or judging process howsoever incurred.
All judges and the short listing panel will sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that the information contained in your entry, whether commercially sensitive or not, remains confidential.
All completed entries that meet all of the rules will be acknowledged on receipt. Entry forms will become the property of Black Women in Business Awards and entries will not be returned.
Judges decision is final Black Women in Business Awards reserve the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied.

All entries should be set up as above. Entries will be processes by a panel of judges; collective scores will be combined to ascertain the finalists for the Award. One representative from each finalist organisation will be invited to the AWARDS PRESENTATION DINNER as guests of the Black Women in Business Awards.
- Complete nomination forms including all contact information of the nominees.
- Complete Reason for Nomination (Be as detailed as possible)
- Summary of Achievement – A summary outlining the activity and achievement and its value (Be as detailed as possible).
- Additional note that may assist judges in choosing your nominee (optional)
