Our judges will have a diverse skill range and will be carefully selected based on their expertise and professionalism The Black WOMEN IN BUSINESS Awards 2019 The Black Women in Business Awards is free to enter, the number of award entries are not limited.

Tsitsi Mutiti is an Investment Manager at Charles Staley & Co Ltd.  Tsitsi manages Discretionary portfolios for private individuals, Charities and Trusts as well as researching global industrial companies and UK funds.

Jan has a distinguished senior level career managing complex international and multidisciplinary projects across HR & Immigration.  As Global Immigration Lead for Mergers, Acquisitions and Outsourcing at IBM, she sets strategy for the business on how to move employees quickly, compliantly and cost effectively, wherever the business need takes them.

Ishreen is a passionate pioneer of parity at work. She influences public policy, organizational culture and individual progression by applying research, executive experience and a nurturing approach.
Her book “Authentic You” is a practical guide for leaders to succeed at work whilst staying true to themselves.

A proud mother of five, a terrific friend and a passionate workaholic. An award-winning, senior business professional, with broad experience from the pharmaceutical industry, leading from the front to drive success.

His company, Aireyys, is going from strength to strength as Britain’s first black-owned cigar line, while his athletics ability has led to him not only being crowned British indoor champion. He also represented Nigeria in Australia.



We aspire to encourage young black women in their journeys to push boundaries, whilst celebrating the commitments of Black Women Entrepreneurs in Great Britain.

Our aim is to promote innovative, creative and talented black women in business across Great Britain, the Black Female Entrepreneurs that contribute in creating economic growth and social wellbeing.
